Active Services
Purpose
The Active Services section provides a quick overview of everything currently running for your properties — both ongoing subscriptions and one-time purchased tasks (like cleanings or repairs). It helps you see what’s live, what’s pending, and lets you easily add services.
What Appears Here
Properties with Activity
Only properties that meet at least one of these conditions are listed:
Have active or pending one-time purchases (tasks), or
Have at least one active subscription service
Each property shows:
Property image and name
Next service time, if available (the soonest upcoming task or scheduled visit)
Services Grouping
Services are grouped by category, matching the Marketplace tabs:
Cleaning
Fixing (Maintenance)
Guest Experience
Within each category, you’ll see both:
One-time purchases (e.g., scheduled cleanings or repairs)
Active subscriptions (e.g., WhatsApp messaging, Guest Coordinator)
Each Service Item Displays
Service image & name
Visual identifier and title of the service
Type indicator
“One-time service” for task-based purchases / “After check out” for automations
Price
Displayed on the right-hand side
Status
ACTIVE (green) or PENDING PAYMENT (yellow)
Actions
Contextual buttons like Buy Again or Add Services
Interaction and Controls
Expand / Collapse per Property
Click the property header to expand or collapse its list of services.
A caret icon rotates to show the current state, with a smooth animation for readability.
Property Link
Clicking the property image or title navigates directly to that property’s details page.
(This does not trigger expansion/collapse.)
Add Services Button
Appears at the bottom of each property’s list.
Opens the Service Purchase flow, automatically pre-selecting that property so you can subscribe or purchase new services immediately.
Buy Again
Available for one-time (task-based) services.
Clicking Buy Again opens the purchase modal with the same property and service pre-filled — perfect for reordering frequent tasks like post-stay cleaning.
When the Section Is Empty
If you have no properties with active subscriptions or active/pending purchases, the Active Services panel is hidden, and the page defaults to the Marketplace view so you can start adding services immediately.
