What Services Are
Services are additional capabilities and on-demand tasks you can activate within Hububb to extend your property operations. They automate work, unlock new communication channels, or outsource certain responsibilities to Hububb or third-party providers.
Examples include:
WhatsApp / SMS Messaging — enables direct communication channels with guests.
Guest Coordinator — delegates all guest communication to Hububb’s operations team.
Cleaning & Maintenance — request one-off or recurring property care tasks.
Payments, Invoicing & Integrations — adds payment handling, invoicing, or system connectors.
Services come in two main forms:
Subscriptions: ongoing capabilities tied to a property (e.g., WhatsApp, Guest Coordinator).
One-off Purchases or Tasks: scheduled or one-time operational activities (e.g., cleaning visit, repair task).
The Marketplace
The Marketplace is where you browse, discover, and activate available services for your account or properties.
Each service card includes:

From the Marketplace, you can:
Subscribe a property to a service (e.g., activate Account Manager).
Request or schedule an operational service (e.g., book a cleaning).
Learn more about each provider and integration before enabling.
If you have no active services yet, the Marketplace becomes the primary view, helping you get started quickly.
Active Services vs. Marketplace
Active Services
Lists all active subscriptions and ongoing or pending purchased tasks for your properties.
Marketplace
Displays the complete catalog of services available to enable.
In most cases, you’ll use Active Services to monitor what’s already running and Marketplace to add new capabilities.
How Services Attach to Properties
All services are property-scoped — you choose which property (or properties) to apply them to during activation.
For subscriptions: The property displays the service as active until it’s canceled, expired, or suspended. Example: “WhatsApp Messaging — Active for Property A.”
For operational tasks: The property lists active or pending tasks (e.g., “Cleaning — Pending Payment,” “Maintenance — Scheduled”). These remain visible until the task is completed or canceled.

Reviewing all active subscriptions and purchased tasks.
Exploring the Marketplace side-by-side.
2. Other Product Areas
Some services unlock or modify features in other parts of the platform:
Chat:
WhatsApp/SMS subscriptions enable messaging channels.
Guest Coordinator subscription disables direct landlord messaging and routes communication to Hububb Operations.
Tasks & Services Manager:
Task-based services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance) appear here, linked to their properties and schedules.
Property Detail Views:
Each property lists its active subscriptions and pending tasks for quick reference.
Lifecycle and Status
Subscriptions
ACTIVE
Service is currently enabled for the property.
CANCELED
Service has been canceled.
PAST DUE
Due date has passed, and it has not been paid.
UNPAID
Subscription has not been paid
When a subscription becomes canceled, dependent features (like WhatsApp messaging) automatically disable until reactivated.
Purchases / Tasks
ACTIVE
Task or service is in progress.
PENDING PAYMENT
Awaiting payment confirmation before activation.
COMPLETED
Successfully fulfilled.
CANCELED
Stopped or invalidated before completion.
