Role Description

Landlords are property owners or managers who use Hububb to manage their listings, services, and OTA (Online Travel Agency) connections. Hububb provides them with a centralized platform to handle everything related to their properties — from onboarding and connecting to OTAs, to managing bookings, guest communication, and operational services.

Hububb offers end-to-end support:

• If landlords don’t already have OTA accounts, Hububb’s operations team can set them up.

• Once connected, all reservations, availability, and pricing are synced automatically through [[4. Hububb <> Channex Integration]].

• Landlords can manage tasks, services, and communications without switching between platforms.

Unlike traditional PMS systems, Hububb provides hands-on operational support (e.g., creating OTA accounts and managing connections) in addition to software tools.

Landlord Flow

Landing Page

Landlords are introduced to Hububb’s services, pricing plans, and value proposition. From here, they can either create an account or log in to an existing one.

Account Creation / Login

• Create Account: New landlords go through the full onboarding flow.

• Login: Existing landlords are redirected straight to the Overview Page to manage their properties and services.

Onboarding Flow

New landlords follow a structured onboarding process to:

• Set up their account

  • Import properties from Airbnb

  • Create new property

    • Add property details

    • Choose management bundle

    • Request OTA connections (Airbnb / Booking.com)

Post-Login Logic

After onboarding or login, landlords reach the Overview Page, where their experience depends on the property’s OTA connection status:

• If property is connected to OTA → Landlords can immediately manage bookings, guest messages, and services.

• If property is not connected → The property enters a waiting state until operations completes the connection. During this time, landlords can still browse and purchase services.
