User Flows
High-level overview — user flows by role
This document provides a high-level overview of the user flows for each major role in the Hububb ecosystem. Each role interacts with the system differently; their flows are documented in separate sections.
Roles Covered
Landlord — property owners using Hububb to manage listings, services, and OTA connections.
Operations — internal Hububb team responsible for onboarding, OTA connections, issue resolution, and platform administration.
Service Providers — external companies or individual workers who deliver services (e.g., cleaning, linen, maintenance) via the Hububb Connect mobile app.
Role-Specific Flows
Landlord flow
The landlord flow covers the public-facing journey through Hububb — from landing on the website to fully managing properties and services. Key steps include:
Landing page
Account creation & login
Onboarding flow
OTA connection or waiting state
Managing bookings, messages, and services
📄 See Landlords for a detailed breakdown.
Operations flow
Account creation & permissions
The Admin sets up new Operations users in the Hububb Dashboard.
Once created, the user is granted access based on their assigned permissions.
This ensures controlled access and maintains system security, especially for functions like OTA connections and property management.
Operations workflow overview
Connect properties to OTAs via Channex
Use the Operations dashboard to connect properties to the requested Airbnb / Booking.com accounts.
Ensure Channex property/room mapping follows the correct structure for each OTA (Airbnb vs BDC).
Once connected, availability, rates, and reservations begin syncing automatically.
📄 See Operations for details.
Service provider flow
The service provider flow covers how providers and their workers interact with Hububb:
Provider account setup (via Operations)
Task assignment from Operations through the Dashboard
Execution and documentation of tasks via the Hububb Connect Mobile App
Marking tasks as complete, uploading photos, and submitting reports
📄 See Service Providers.
